You are invited to an upcoming Program for Argyle Community Engagement (PACE) meeting on Monday, November 6 at 5:30 p.m. in the Argyle Town Hall Community Room.
Please join us and meet the developer of a proposed 72-acre single-family residential development on the west side of FM 1830, between FM 407 and Knight St. The concept plan has 49 lots with common open space and a water feature. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the development standards and see architectural exhibits.
The first PACE meeting on this project was held on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023. This site is being proposed to be rezoned from Single-Family Residential 2.5 to a Planned Development with Single Family Residential-1 base zoning, along with an application for amended future land use category. The developer has made a formal submittal for the project that is currently under review.
