Please join us and meet the developer of a proposed 10 acre planned development near Hwy 377 and south of Rusk St. The concept plan has ten buildings with retail and commercial uses such as restaurant, office and retail. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the development standards and see architectural exhibits.
The proposed development has received approval from the Planning & Zoning Commission and is scheduled to be on the June 26 Town Council agenda for consideration.
